• Сегодня он дома. – [see-vohd-nya ohn doh-mah] – Today he is at home.

How do we say YESTERDAY in Russian? YESTERDAY in Russian is ВЧЕРА pronounced as FCHEE-RAH.
When we talk about something happening in the past it is important to know how to form past tense in Russian. While we do not have the present tense of the verb to be, i.e. is/am/are; we do have the past tense of this verb and must use it in the sentences with past tense. So WAS / WERE in Russian has a couple possible forms: БЫЛ / БЫЛА / БЫЛО / БЫЛИ. БЫЛ is used with masculine nouns, БЫЛА is used with feminine nouns, БЫЛО with neuter and БЫЛИ with plural.

How do we say TOMORROW in Russian? TOMORROW in Russian is ЗАВТРА pronounced as ZAHF-TRAH.
When we talk about events taking place in the future, we need to know how to express future tense in Russian. You will need to use the verb WILL / WILL BE, which is conjugated depending on the pronoun you need:
• Я БУДУ
• ТЫ БУДЕШЬ
• ОН / ОНА / ОНО БУДЕТ
• ВЫ БУДЕТЕ
• МЫ БУДЕМ
• ОНИ БУДУТ
